Cost Savings with Firebase: By using Firebase for auth, hosting, storage, push notifications, and analytics, operational costs are significantly lower compared to using separate services. Firebase's generous free tiers cover most early-stage usage.
Phase 2 Additional OpEx: Merchant features may add €50-300/month including M-Pesa integration (transaction fees), local payment gateway (€50-200), and enhanced analytics (€0-100).
